Licence

Suvy LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use ExpTracker on Apple devices you own or control, as set out in the Apple EULA. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app except where the law expressly allows it.

Free and Pro

ExpTracker is free to download, and its core features stay free with no limit on entries or accounts. ExpTracker Pro is an optional upgrade that adds the features marked Pro in the app.

Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The price for your region is shown in the app before you buy.

Subscriptions and free trial

Monthly and yearly subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and Apple charges your Apple ID account at the end of the trial. If no trial applies, payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.

Payments, refunds and restoring

All purchases are processed by Apple. Suvy LLC does not see or store your payment details. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies at reportaproblem.apple.com. You can restore an earlier purchase on another device signed in to the same Apple ID with “Restore Purchases” in the app. Offer codes, when available, are redeemed through Apple.

Your data

Your records are stored on your iPhone, not on our servers, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own backups, for example with the app's backup file or your iPhone's backup. Deleting the app deletes its data, and we cannot recover it.

Not financial advice

ExpTracker is a record-keeping tool. Balances, budgets, card amounts due, EMI schedules, loan figures and net worth are calculated from the information you enter or import, and can be wrong if that information is incomplete or incorrect. Always check amounts due and due dates with your bank or card issuer. Nothing in the app is financial, tax, investment or legal advice.

Drafts from SMS and images

Entries created from bank SMS text, screenshots, receipts or typed text are drafts or suggestions read on your iPhone. Text recognition and parsing can make mistakes. Review each entry before you rely on it.

Reminders

Bill, recurring and budget reminders are local notifications and depend on your iPhone's notification settings, Focus modes and system behaviour. Do not rely on them as your only reminder for a payment.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or remove features. We do not promise that ExpTracker will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device or iOS version. If we change these terms, we will update this page and its effective date.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Suvy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including late fees, interest or lost data, arising from use of or inability to use ExpTracker. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, except where the law of your country gives you protections that cannot be waived.
